A NEW APPROACH TO
SERVICE CONTRACTS

Optimized for uptime

Whether you run one truck or an entire fleet, your success relies on one variable: uptime. Unplanned service events can drastically cut into your earnings. Even routine maintenance, when delayed or extended, can create a ripple effect that impacts your entire operation.

To solve this concern, we partnered with our customers and our dealer network to develop a proactive approach to truck service contracts. By prioritizing speed and convenience, we’ve eliminated the bottlenecks that often lead to deferred maintenance, ensuring your vehicles stay job-ready.

ONE THING THAT HAS BEEN A BENEFIT FOR US IS GETTING BUSES IN AND KEEPING THEM RUNNING, AS OPPOSED TO WAITING UNTIL SOMETHING BREAKS.

Following several months of trials with select customers and dealers, the results are clear: the new International Service Contracts reduce dwell time for owners while allowing service managers to prep parts and technicians in advance.

ONE OF OUR BIGGEST WINS IS: OVERALL DWELL TIME HAS DECREASED SIGNIFICANTLY. CUSTOMERS ARE COMING IN… AND GETTING THEIR TRUCKS BACK... THE SAME DAY.

With Advanced Remote Diagnostics, we no longer wait for breakdowns to happen. Our team monitors vehicle health in real-time, allowing us to proactively schedule a service visit before a minor issue evolves into a costly repair.

THE PROACTIVE APPROACH HAS MADE OUR LIVES EASIER AS FAR AS SCHEDULING AND GETTING THE JOBS IN AND OUT OF THE SHOP QUICKER. THE PARTS DEPARTMENT CAN STAGE THE PARTS, THAT WAY, WHEN THE CUSTOMER SHOWS UP, THE PARTS ARE READY.

Extended and Complete plan include:

  • Guaranteed $0 deductible.
  • 100% parts and labor coverage.
  • No claims maximums.

Strategic Advantages of a Service Contract:

  • Proactive Service Planning: We don’t wait for you to call. Our International team monitors your intervals and contacts you to schedule maintenance, ensuring our bays, parts, and technician are ready when you arrive. Dedicated resources manage and expedite your service, providing real-time updates to get you back on the road faster.

  • Certified quality: Every visit includes an 84-point inspection performed by factory-trained technicians using genuine OEM parts.

  • Enhanced Resale Value: A documented history of professional maintenance increases your truck’s attractiveness to future buyers. Transferrable coverage provides the peace of mind that commands a premium on the secondary market.

Available Enhancements with International Service Contracts:

  • Powertrain coverage: Extend your coverage to include the powertrain other key components, including electrical, cooling, suspension systems, and more.

  • Mobile maintenance reimbursement: Receive reimbursement for travel costs billed by International dealers for services covered by qualifying International Service Contracts. Vehicle pickup and delivery are also eligible for reimbursement.

  • Wear item & towing support: Lock in costs for wear-and-tear items, DOT inspections (one per year), tow coverage, and additional chassis lube services.

  • No additional financing costs: By financing through International Financial, you can bundle your service contract into your monthly payment with no additional financing costs.
