    • Purchase or lease a vehicle through International, our dealers, or other authorized sellers (including International-owned used truck centers)
    • Charge your vehicle at International affiliated EV charging stations
    • Register to attend one of our events
    • Visit one of our websites

    Information we collect from other sources

    We may also receive information about you from other sources, including through third-party providers, business partners, public databases, suppliers, vendors, and data providers. For example, if you service or repair your vehicle at one of our dealers or provided consent for that data to be shared with us. Use and disclosure of this information is limited to the purposes described in this notice.

    Cookies and Similar Technologies. We (and our service providers) may automatically collect certain Website data through cookies, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies. Where required by applicable law, and where non-essential cookies are used, we provide choices through a cookie settings or privacy choices available where this Privacy Notice is posted. We honor legally required opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, where required by applicable law and technically feasible.

    We retain Personal Data for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Notice, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce legal or contractual obligations, and support legitimate business purposes. Retention periods may vary based on the category of Personal Data, the nature of our relationship with you, the product or service involved, and applicable legal requirements.

    If you provide International with Personal Data of third parties (for example, personal/professional references, family members, business partners, etc.,) for the fulfillment of purposes identified in this Privacy Notice, you must inform them about the existence of the processing of their Personal Data and the content of this Privacy Notice.

    If you provide Personal Data of third parties, you declare with your delivery that you have the prior consent of their owners to provide their information to International and that the information is complete and accurate.

  • Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)

    This website and/or International’s services are not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly solicit information online from, or market online to, children under 13 years of age.

    • How to Submit a Request. To submit a privacy rights request, please use the privacy request link available on the page where this Privacy Notice is posted. Requests are reviewed and processed by International’s privacy team.
    • Verification. To help protect your privacy and maintain security, we may need to verify your identity before responding to your request. If you have an account with us, we may verify your request through your account credentials or other account-related information.
    • Authorized Agents. Where permitted by applicable law, you may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may request proof that the agent is authorized to act for you and may also require you to verify your identity directly with us.
    • Appeals. If we deny your request, you may have the right to appeal the decision (where required by applicable law). Instructions for submitting an appeal will be provided in our response.
    • Connected Services (My International). Privacy requests relating to My International will be handled through the same centralized process described above and may require us to confirm your account and authorization as an account holder or authorized user.

    International Transfers (if applicable)

    • We may process and store Personal Data in the United States and other locations where we or our service providers operate. Where required by applicable law, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

    If you reside in a jurisdiction that provides privacy rights and you wish to exercise those rights, you may submit a request using the privacy request link available where this Privacy Notice is posted. We will review and respond to requests in accordance with applicable law.
