After several months of trials with select customers and dealers, the results are in: the new International Service Contracts are a big win for everyone. Customers can reduce dwell time and may experience fewer unplanned service events, while service managers can better schedule their technicians and ensure they have the necessary parts in advance.

Proactive Service Planning: We coordinate service ahead of time so the right parts, bay, and technician are ready when you arrive—managed by dedicated resources to expedite service and get you back on the road faster.

Financial Predictability and Lower Total Cost of Ownership (TCO): Service Contracts can mean predictable maintenance costs by helping you forecast expenses and protect cash flow.

Support for Higher Resale Value: Trucks with transferable extended coverage often command higher resale values. Potential buyers gain peace of mind knowing the truck has been properly maintained by trained professionals.

Powertrain coverage: Protect powertrain and other key components, including electrical, cooling, suspension systems, and more.

Mobile maintenance reimbursement: Provides reimbursement for travel costs billed by International dealers for services covered by qualifying International Service Contracts. Vehicle pickup and delivery is also eligible for reimbursement.

Additional services: Lock in parts replacement costs with wear item replacement, tow coverage, DOT inspection (one per year), additional chassis lube services and mobile service expense reimbursement.
- No additional financing costs: When your truck is financed through International Financial, a service contract can be included with no additional financing costs.
