Your success is dependent on keeping your trucks rolling. That's why at participating Accelerated Service dealer locations, your vehicle receives priority attention.

Within two hours of your arrival, your truck is guaranteed a full diagnosis, a detailed evaluation of any repairs needed and a comprehensive estimate from the dealer. Plus, for many common repairs, the diagnosis and service can be completed within the two-hour window.

HOW IT WORKS

Guaranteed priority diagnostics

Within two hours of arrival at a participating dealer, specially trained Express Diagnostics technicians evaluate the vehicle and determine the repairs required.*
Parts support

Parts requirements are included in the Express Diagnostics evaluation. If parts need to be ordered, they are expedited to arrive as quickly as possible.
Communication

Receive the diagnostics results and repair time estimate within the two-hour window. Repair status updates keep you informed of progress.
Repairs not eligible for Accelerated Service/Express Diagnostics

Body repairs, regularly scheduled repairs/preventive maintenance, multiple line repair orders.
