To do this, we utilize the telematics equipment already included in your trucks. These devices speak to our service network and provide the health information required to assess whether that truck needs to come in for service. If it does, your dealer’s service department will be ready with an open bay, an available technician, and all the necessary parts (OEM, of course) to complete the job. They’ll also have access to the repair history of that truck and can coordinate with technical support if any questions come up during the repair. And you’ll be kept in the loop at every step. You get all this with a guaranteed $0 deductible, 100% coverage on parts and labor and NO maximum claims.

Accelerated Service

At participating Accelerated Service dealer locations, your vehicle receives priority attention from the moment you arrive. Within two hours, you're guaranteed a full diagnosis, a detailed evaluation of any needed repairs, and an estimate. For many common repairs, both diagnosis and service can be completed within that same two-hour window. It doesn’t get much faster than that.

Service Communications

Success in business often comes down to effective communication. Since service and repairs are a part of your business, effective communication must also be integral to any service event. We worked hard to enhance and perfect our industry-leading service communications tools and are proud of the results. Let’s take a look at what you can expect.

  • Seamless communication with dealers, including service request initiation, real-time repair status and estimate approval

  • Complete VIN-based information with asset specs, full parts catalog access, and remote health data

Advanced Remote Diagnostics

We mentioned the telematics equipment (Advanced Remote Diagnostics) that our Service Contracts use to plan service. That same technology is utilized for anyone who needs service (for most commercial vehicles powered by diesel engines, 2007 model year and later). This helps tremendously when planning, preparing and completing a service event. Here’s how:
