This means you get greater access to monitor repairs and communicate with the repair facilities and the Uptime Advocate team – all so you can more effectively manage your fleet operations.

  • Communicate the status of the vehicle throughout the service and repair process
  • Monitor the case file with the dealer service department to help coordinate repair support
