The HV 515 and 615 models are equipped with the state-of-the-art S13 Integrated Powertrain, including the smooth-shifting T14® automated manual transmission.

For those who face the most demanding jobs, the HV Series 515 and 615 now feature the International® S13 Integrated Powertrain. This revolutionary powertrain has more of what you want and less of what you don’t. In fact, the S13 Integrated can meet today’s emission regulations and boost productivity without an EGR cooler or a diesel oxidation catalyst. Plus, the two crawler gears of the T14 transmission help drivers navigate tight jobsites – even when hauling heavy loads.

Diamond Logic streamlines chassis and body equipment integration and allows customers to program automated tasks. This means more consistent performance, and increased equipment protection and crew safety.

CORROSION RESISTANCE

To help provide long-term durability, all outside panels utilize galvanized steel and are protected against corrosion using an E-Coat paint process. InterCoat® ChemGuard Coating is included on the toe boards and floor panels. In addition, an available spray-on polyurethane and polyurea liner can be applied inside the cab for extra protection from spills and snow melt.

INGRESS/EGRESS

Easy entry and exit for driver and passenger to help reduce fatigue. A third step (installed between the top and bottom steps) is available if reduced step spacing is desired.

Optional .5" thick single frame rail rated up to 3.3M RBM. Double rails are also available for even more strength.

LIFT AXLES

Up to three pusher and tag locations are available.

PTO
